Rough sketch of the character. As for the clothes and accessories, I just followed the references that were given to me by the client.

Line Art

Flat colored. The palette also came from the references provided however, it turned out paler than I expected.

Added shadows

Played with saturation

Added more shadows so it wouldn't look much flat.
